The study highlighted that reading comprehension performance was significantly better after the 20 minute walk.

Yes. A walk *without* anything but one's ears to tune into the surroundings. There is nothing more pure and healing than that. All my runs including those that are 90 minutes and 2 hours, I perform this way. It is curative.
